I like to use wig shampoo and conditioner rather than made-for-human-hair products. They can be found at beauty supply and/or wig stores. Since they are made specifically for synthetic wigs, there are no oil-stripping products in the shampoos. Also, human conditioners are made to bond with hair, which they cannot do with synthetic fibers. I'm sure they won't hurt the dolly hair - they are just not made specifically for it.
